Can I request a refund?
Yes, you can request a refund. Email support@texpage.com and include the email address associated with your TeXPage account and the reason for your request. Once we receive your request, we will verify the relevant information and process it as soon as possible.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
No. All subscription plans are one-time purchases. They do not renew automatically, and you will not be charged automatically.
How do I renew my subscription?
We will send you a renewal reminder email as your subscription approaches its expiration date. When you purchase a subscription plan again, your subscription term will be extended automatically.
Can I upgrade while my subscription is active?
Yes. You can purchase a higher-tier subscription plan at any time. If your original subscription is still active, email support@texpage.com to request a refund.
How do AI credits differ between subscription plans?
Except for the Ultimate plan, AI usage limits reset every 24 hours. The Professional plan provides 20 times the AI usage allowance of the Standard plan. The Ultimate plan uses a 7-day usage cycle, with a total allowance equivalent to 420 times the Standard plan's daily allowance (60× per day × 7 days). This allowance can be used flexibly throughout the 7-day period, with no daily limits.
What is the difference between team and personal purchases?
The subscription plans are the same whether purchased through a personal or team purchase. A team purchase simply lets multiple people buy together and receive a larger discount.
